When we think about eating really good food our focus is most often about taste, then maybe appearance, and also about what it smells like. Our sense of smell is an ancient and guiding part of our brain, alerting us to danger or serving to attract us to good things in life. But it turns out that this basic sense is often now being used against us in ways that are harmful to our health.
While this article isn’t about food, it is about becoming aware of what we are taking into our bodies – both health-ful and harmful – and that’s a major focus of RAWareness.
